This is a quick Zoom call that will allow us to get that awkward first meeting out of the way, along with giving us both a better understanding of your needs and goals are for this project. After the meet cute, you’ll be sent a quote and project proposal.

It’s not the proposal you’re thinking of, but for your business, it’s a pretty special day that’s one for the books. You will receive a quote and proposal that is tailored to you and what we discussed in our initial meeting. This holds all the nitty-gritty things like the contract and payment. We get it out of the way so that we can just let the creativity flow! Once you have read this, signed, sealed & delivered it – I’m yours! This will lock in your date and you can breathe!

Every design project starts with a Discovery meeting and this can be held over a Zoom call or in-person and usually takes between 1-3 hours. It is filled with discovery, passion, ideas and all that you and your business long to be. This is where you don’t hold back, I have a range of questions that will help ‘discover’ your business further.

Your Welcome kit will fill you in with the deets and how you can prepare for this meeting. It’s not a questionnaire, don’t worry! We work through this together! This way, we can get deeper, bounce ideas off of each other and gain a lot more in-depth knowledge about you and your business. Talk about a Colab! I want to hear your visions, I want to hear your story, your goals and feel your passion!

This is where you hand the wheel over to me! Take everything that I discovered, and I dive into research, take your visions, and direction and bring them to life! There is a lot that goes into this part of the project as I want to make sure that our visions align.

Time to create some art! Once I have the foundations, it’s time to craft and I take an uninterrupted week where I work on your brand direction and first concepts. As a creative, getting into a flow and staying in that flow is important to me, so, I will keep you in the loop where I can during this time!

Creativity, unfortunately, is not there at the flick of a switch and during this time I would really appreciate patience and understanding as sometimes things tend to take a little longer.

The refinement stage! So, you have received your first concepts and it’s time to make some decisions and minor suggestions to refine the project to your liking. Now is your chance to have meaningful input on the minor details and anything else that comes to mind. The ball is in your court during this stage and it relies heavily on your commitment and communication. While I do not want you to rush decisions, the quicker you get back to me, the quicker you’ll have the brad of your dreams. All communication is required via email, so craft your emails with care and clarity.

This continues back and forth until it’s refined like fine wine! Unless of course, it’s love at first sight!

It’s here! The finale you’ve been waiting for! Once you are happy as can be with your final product, it’s time for me to prep your files. This is the time where I prep your brand suite, final Brand Bible (Style guide & Brand direction), and everything mentioned in the deliverables. This will be delivered to you via a Google Drive folder for you to download. You will also receive a final video of me walking you through the folder, how to navigate it and how to use your style guide. If you’d like, we can arrange a 1:1 Branding Coach training where I train you on how to use your brand in day to day life.
